Role Description The Franchise Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the franchise network. This role includes monitoring store performance, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and supporting franchise partners with operational guidance and problem-solving.

The Franchise Operation

Manager will regularly visit outlets, coordinate staff training, review inventory and supply chain processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality benchmarks. They will analyze sales and operational reports, recommend improvements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and promotional activities. The role also involves onboarding new franchisees,



conducting operational audits, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in franchise operations, retail management, or multi-unit supervision, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality.
- Strong skills in process oversight, store performance monitoring, and implementation of operational standards and SOPs.
- Proficiency in basic business analysis, including reading sales reports, tracking KPIs, and identifying operational improvement areas.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with franchise owners, store staff, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct training sessions, coach teams, and support change management across multiple locations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle travel, audits, reporting, and follow-ups with franchises.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, POS data, and other operational tools to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in franchise development, store openings, or partner onboarding will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently to franchise locations and work flexible hours as required by business operations.
