At DeciOps, we're creating a new category of enterprise software called Decision Operations (DecisionOps)—an AI-native platform that helps enterprises make operational decisions faster, more consistently, and with complete governance.

What You'll Build
As one of the first engineering hires, you'll help build the core platform that powers every DecisionOps application.
You'll help create the technical foundation of an entirely current enterprise software platform.
Engineering Challenges You'll Solve
This role is about solving engineering problems—not assembling frameworks.
You'll work on questions like:
How do we build a workflow runtime for long-running enterprise processes?
How should AI agents collaborate with humans in production?
How do we support multiple LLM providers through a common platform?
How do we maintain complete decision lineage?
How do we execute decisions safely back into ERP systems?
How do we build configurable enterprise workflows instead of custom implementations?
How do we design a platform that supports hundreds of enterprise customers?
