About the Role
We're looking for an HR professional a few years into their career who wants to grow into a strategic, org-wide people leadership role over the next several years. This is not a purely operational HRBP position you'll be expected to set policy, own people processes independently, and eventually shape the company's overall HR strategy as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who has already run HR independently for a plant, unit, or function not just supported one — and is looking for a platform to build toward a CHRO-level career.
What You'll Do
Design and implement HR policies across the employee lifecycle — onboarding, performance management, compensation structuring, compliance, and exits
Independently own HR for a business unit, function, or site — including workforce planning, employee relations, and stakeholder management with senior leadership
Build and scale HR systems and processes (HRIS/HRMS adoption, competency frameworks, career architecture) as the organization grows
Partner directly with founders/leadership to translate business goals into people strategy
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
Handle statutory compliance, audits, and governance as required
Support or lead talent acquisition for critical roles, including campus and lateral hiring
What We're Looking For
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a top-tier institute
2–4 years of HR experience, with demonstrated independent ownership — e.g., managing HR for a plant, business unit, or standalone function, not just a supporting role
Strong grounding in HR fundamentals: policy design, workforce planning, performance management, compliance
Comfort operating with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Prior exposure to a high-growth or startup setting is a plus, but not required
