- Role: Founding AI Engineer
- Location: In office | Bhilai-Raipur Tech Corridor

What You'll Work On

- Build AI-powered conversational experiences using LLMs
- Design long-term memory and personalization systems
- Develop voice AI pipelines (ASR & TTS)
- Build RAG and vector search systems
- Optimize real-time AI inference and performance
- Prototype, experiment, and ship new AI features
- Design evaluation frameworks to improve AI quality and reliability.

? What We're Looking For

- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or conversational AI
- Curiosity to explore new AI technologies and ship quickly
- First-principles reasoning over traditional assumptions.
- Builder mindset with a passion for solving difficult problems
- Absolute product ownership, taking responsibility for outcomes, not just task tickets.

- Persistent Memory: Build long-term memory systems that retain and contextualize what matters.

- Intelligent Recommendation: Create novel compatibility, discovery, and trust engines.
