Company Description: As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work directly with the founder and get exposure to marketing, operations, sales, AI tools, business strategy, and startup execution. Every week is different, and you'll learn how an early-stage company is built from the inside.

What You'll Do: No two days are the same. You'll help execute whatever moves the business forward.

Responsibilities may include: Engage with MedSpa communities on Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.

Monitor and respond to relevant conversations.

Research potential clients and partnership opportunities.

Assist with lead generation and outreach.

Organize and maintain CRM and business data.

Publish and schedule content across social platforms.

Conduct competitor and market research. Who We're Looking For: You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone who is: Extremely reliable and follows through.





Curious and eager to learn.

Comfortable figuring things out independently.

Organized and detail-oriented.

A clear communicator in written English.

Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic online tools.

Comfortable using ChatGPT and willing to learn new AI tools.

Excited about startups, entrepreneurship, marketing, and technology.

Compensation: Stipend: ₹4,000–₹5,000/month

Performance-Based Growth: Exceptional performance may be rewarded with a stipend increase of up to 200% as early as the following month, based on ownership, reliability, and impact.
