Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, supporting strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives directly driven by the founder. This role involves managing key projects end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring high-quality execution across brand, product, and business functions. The individual will synthesize data and research into transparent insights, prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards, and support decision-making on growth, launches, and partnerships.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling founder priorities and calendar,



tracking action items, preparing meeting briefs and minutes, and maintaining follow-through on commitments. The role also contributes to process improvement, special projects, and high-impact experiments aligned with Karmic Beauty’s mission of advancing Skin Longevity. Qualifications

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations, reports, and executive summaries.

Project and stakeholder management capabilities, with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines.

Business acumen and strategic thinking, ideally with experience in consumer brands, beauty, wellness, or healthcare sectors.

High level of ownership, discretion, and professionalism when working closely with founders or senior leadership.

Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple tasks.

Advanced proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or prior startup / consulting experience is an advantage.

Genuine interest in skincare, longevity science, and conscious consumer products, with alignment to Karmic Beauty’s values.
