About the Role

This is a generalist role for someone who wants to understand how an early-stage startup operates from the inside.

You will work closely with the founders and support projects across business development, research, operations, partnerships, hiring, marketing and execution. No two days will look exactly the same, which is either exciting or mildly terrifying—in the best startup way.

What You Will Do

- Support founders in day-to-day business execution
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports and business documents
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, creators and internal teams
- Track important tasks,



timelines and follow-ups
- Assist with partnerships, events and business development initiatives
- Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency
- Take ownership of new projects from planning to execution

What We Are Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good research, documentation and presentation abilities
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs and presentation tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Proactive, organised and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable solving problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions
- Interest in startups, consumer brands or the food and beverage industry
