Role Overview

As a Founder's Office Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO's office by managing executive schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, organizing meetings, handling business communications, and supporting high-impact initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to executive decision-making while working in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and business priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and record Minutes of Meeting (MoMs).
- Handle executive communication, emails, and stakeholder coordination.
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.




- Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and executive correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups across teams.

We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
