Yujji is a Commercial Growth Advisory that partners with AI, Commerce, Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, Consumer Technology, and Enterprise SaaS companies to build scalable revenue engines.

We work directly with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams to solve complex business challenges across Enterprise GTM, Revenue Growth, Data Monetization, Strategic Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, and Market Expansion.

As a Founder's Office Associate, you won't be working on just one business—you'll gain exposure to multiple high-growth companies, helping shape their growth strategies while working directly with the Founder.

This role is ideal for individuals who aspire to build businesses, work closely with leadership teams, and develop into future business leaders.

What You'll Do1.

Growth

Strategy & GTM

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Identify enterprise, D2C, and strategic growth opportunities.

Build target account lists and GTM plans.

Support outbound business development and lead generation.

Maintain CRM pipelines and commercial dashboards.

Founder

Office & Client Success

Coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, action trackers, and executive summaries.

Ensure timely follow-ups and project execution.

Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and commercial business cases.

Track deliverables and maintain project governance.

3.

Business

Intelligence & Data Analysis

Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and business performance.

Build dashboards, reports, and business insights.

Support strategic planning and revenue forecasting.

Research emerging technologies, AI trends,



and industry developments.

- Marketing & Brand Building

Support the Founder's LinkedIn thought leadership.

Create presentations, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.

Assist in website and marketing content development.

Help strengthen Yujji's brand and digital presence.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month The final compensation will be based on the candidate's skills, experience, and overall fit.
