Role Description The Founder's Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur, working closely with the founder and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives. This position involves supporting key projects, preparing business reports and presentations, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating across internal teams and external partners. The associate will be responsible for conducting market and business research, organizing meetings, managing follow-ups on critical action items,



and ensuring timely execution of priority tasks.

The role also includes handling confidential information, optimizing workflows, and contributing ideas to improve processes and overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in creating presentations, reports, and business documentation.

Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Comfort working closely with senior leadership, displaying discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic understanding of business operations and strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, management, or a related field; prior experience in a founder’s office, consulting, or startup workplace is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Jamshedpur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
