We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual from a leading IIT or IIM to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the Founders. This early-career opportunity offers direct exposure to business strategy, operations, stakeholder management, and company-wide projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, partners, advisors, vendors, and collaborators.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track ongoing projects across the company on behalf of the Founders.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect progress updates and follow up on deliverables.
- Provide the Founders with concise daily updates covering progress, delays, risks, and priorities.
- Document key decisions, action items, ownership, and deadlines.
- Assist with meeting preparation, communication, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Identify project bottlenecks and escalate matters requiring the Founders’ attention.
- Support strategic and operational priorities managed by the Founder’s Office.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate from an IIT or IIM.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience may apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident while interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of taking ownership.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
