GREEN ROCK INNOVATIONS IS HIRING: FOUNDER’S ASSOCIATE Green Rock Innovations is a climate tech construction materials group reengineering the raw material layer of Indian construction. We recycle decades-old, weathered rock into certified, low-carbon construction material, and we are building the marketplace and technology infrastructure that will define how that material moves at a national scale. We are the tangible proof that India does not need to destroy its mountains to build its roads.

We are now looking for sharp, high-execution individuals to join our Founder’s Office as a Founder’s Associate to support the leadership team. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

Two founders. Multiple production factories. A live fundraise in motion. A brand being built from scratch. A massive pipeline of deeply technical applications currently in process. Right now, there are simply not enough hours in the day to keep everything aligned, documented, and moving.

We need one exceptional generalist who sits precisely between strategy and execution—someone who can optimize the CEO's day by surfacing hard data points, conducting deep operational research, and ensuring what gets decided actually gets done. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating Rhythm: Own the internal cadence between the two founders. You will permanently fix our documentation gaps by establishing weekly syncs, maintaining centralized decision logs, tracking action items, and driving relentless follow-through.

Decision Support & Research: Act as an analytical force multiplier for the CEO. You will work backward from critical business roadblocks to surface the exact research, market intelligence, and data points needed to make high-stakes operational choices swiftly.

Investor & Governance Materials: Prepare investor updates, board materials,



and fundraising documentation with the absolute precision required by institutional stakeholders. You know instinctively what investors actually read versus what they skip.

Opportunity Mapping: Research, track, and filter growth opportunities—including accelerators, government schemes, strategic partnerships, and institutional buyers. You will bring the three most high-impact opportunities to the founders' attention every week.

Interface Management: Sit in high-stakes meetings, capture sharp minutes, and own the follow-up completely. You will manage the execution layer between the founders and our external agencies, legal teams, chartered accountants, and partners so that neither founder is stuck chasing updates.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

Experience: 2 to 6 years of operational experience inside a funded Indian startup. You were not a founder, but you watched exactly how the machine works from close range. You know what a cap table is, what an investor update requires, what a board resolution looks like, and why all three matter structurally.

Technical & Research Leverage: Highly proficient in leveraging AI coding agents, advanced prompting, and automated search tools to build scrappy internal models, scrape data, and conduct deep-dive research at 10x speed.

Communication: You write in highly compressed, clear sentences. You do not need three paragraphs to state a single point.

Autonomy: You operate completely independently. You do not wait to be told what the next step is—you anticipate it and begin execution.

Adaptability:



You thrive in ambiguity, possess fast context-switching capabilities, and accept that your Monday plan will rarely look like your Friday reality. BONUS TRACKS (PREFERRED BACKGROUNDS)

Top-Tier Consulting: Prior experience at a major management consultancy, specialized boutique firm, or high-velocity corporate strategy team.

Creative Brand Agencies: Experience at premier, tier-one creative agencies—the teams behind viral, cultural ad campaigns and highly-regarded brand identities.

Fintech Frameworks: Experience navigating the high-compliance, fast-paced environments of institutional fintech platforms.

Education: An education in engineering, economics, physics, or another highly quantitative field is a solid plus. (not mandatory, relax) COMPENSATION

Compensation is competitive for a founder's office role at this stage of the company, with a fixed base and meaningful equity upside as Green Rock scales. LOCATION & LOGISTICS

Location: Mysuru, Karnataka / Calicut, Kerala.

We offer flexibility, but active regional travel is required.
