Role Description The Founder role at Viral v Care is a full-time, on-site position based in Valsad, focused on leading the company’s strategic direction and operational performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business strategy, overseeing product development and manufacturing, and guiding expansion in target sectors such as solar, semiconductor, pharma, chemical, textile, and real estate.

The Founder will manage key stakeholder relationships, including customers, suppliers, and partners,



and ensure that quality standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met. This role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing team, supervising financial planning and budgeting, and identifying recent market opportunities and product lines. The Founder will represent Viral v Care in industry forums and drive innovation in corrosion-free piping and modular support solutions.

Qualifications

- Leadership and management skills, including team building, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in piping systems, valves, or modular supports.
- Business development and sales capabilities, with a track record of growing markets or product lines.
- Operational and project management skills, including process optimization and quality assurance.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L.;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Understanding of sectors such as solar, semiconductor, pharma, chemical, textile, or real estate is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and willingness to work on-site in Valsad.
