Unlike traditional software engineering roles, this position combines engineering, solution architecture, consulting, and customer engagement. You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, and design production-ready solutions that create measurable business impact.

As an FDE, you will own the complete lifecycle of customer engagements—from understanding business problems and designing scalable architectures to building, deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving AI-powered applications and autonomous agents. Key Responsibilities Customer Discovery & Solution Design Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand their business operations, workflows, pain points, and strategic objectives.

Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities.

Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-powered technical solutions.

Define solution architecture, workflows, integrations, and deployment strategies.

Create technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans. AI Solution Development Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.

Build systems utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-world enterprise use cases.

Develop autonomous AI workflows capable of reasoning, retrieving information, executing actions, and interacting with external systems.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines where required.

Design prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks.

Build reusable AI components for future customer implementations.

Software Engineering

Develop clean, maintainable, and production-grade backend services.
