Role Overview

We are hiring a Formulation Executive (B.Pharm) to join our production formulation team. You will be responsible for the accurate, consistent, and compliant execution of established formulations across our personal care and wellness product range. This is a hands-on, production-floor role suited for someone who takes pride in batch quality, process discipline, and getting things right every time.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute batch manufacturing of personal care and wellness products (sanitizers, face washes, roll-ons, sprays, and related SKUs) as per approved BMRs
- Ensure consistent quality and yield across production batches
- Conduct in-process checks and basic quality evaluations at each stage of manufacturing
- Maintain accurate and complete batch documentation — BMR, BPR, SOPs, COAs, MSDS




- Coordinate with the QC team for batch release and non-conformance resolution
- Manage weighing, dispensing, and handling of raw materials including essential oils and herbal extracts
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards on the production floor
- Support minor formulation adjustments during scale-up or raw material substitution under senior guidance

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- 1–3 years of experience in a formulation or production role in personal care, cosmetics, FMCG, Ayurvedic, or pharma manufacturing
- Hands-on familiarity with batch manufacturing processes, weighing/dispensing, and in-process controls
- Working knowledge of GMP standards and production documentation practices
- Ability to follow SOPs precisely and flag deviations promptly
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling natural/organic raw materials — essential oils, herbal extracts, plant-based actives
- Familiarity with cosmetic or Ayurvedic regulatory requirements
- Attention to detail and a process-disciplined work style
