Job Summary The Food Technologist Intern will support the Research & Development team in developing innovative nutraceuticals, functional foods, dietary supplements, and botanical formulations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in product formulation, quality evaluation, documentation, regulatory compliance, and pilot-scale manufacturing while working in a GMP-compliant environment. This aligns with common responsibilities in nutraceutical R&D; internships.

Requirements:

- Assist in the formulation and development of nutraceutical and functional food products.
- Support laboratory trials, sample preparation, and prototype development.
- Participate in , sensory evaluation, and product performance testing.
- Assist in raw material evaluation, ingredient compatibility studies, and documentation.




- Support pilot-scale production and technology transfer activities.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and laboratory safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, and Procurement teams during product development.

Qualification:

- B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology
