Role Description The Food and Beverage Server is a full-time, on-site role based at Pride Elite Himmatnagar. This team member is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking and accurately recording food and beverage orders, and serving items in a timely and professional manner in the hotel’s restaurants and event spaces. The role includes setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas,



and ensuring that guests’ needs are anticipated and met throughout their dining experience.

The server coordinates with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service, follows food safety and hygiene standards, and supports banquet operations during conferences, weddings, and other events. The role also involves handling guest queries, processing payments, and promoting menu items and special offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Food Service skills to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, including menu understanding and basic serving etiquette.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to follow hotel policies and procedures.

Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet service is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and stand or walk for extended periods.

Proficiency in local language and basic English is an advantage.
