Ramada by Wyndham Khajuraho is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food &

- Beverage Manager to lead all Food &
- Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue and maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and service. The ideal candidate will oversee restaurant operations, bar, banquets, room service, and kitchen coordination, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all Food &
- Beverage operations, including restaurants, bar, banquet facilities, room service, and outdoor catering (if applicable).

- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.

- Monitor daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Coordinate with the Executive Chef to plan menus, seasonal offerings, and promotional activities.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (FSSAI/HACCP).

- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, revenue targets, food cost, beverage cost, and labor cost.

- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B; staff to maintain high service standards.

- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of food, beverages, and operating supplies.

- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize wastage through effective inventory control.

- Ensure all outlets maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and brand presentation standards.

- Plan and execute banquets, conferences, weddings, and special events in coordination with clients and internal teams.

- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all outlets.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office,



and Sales teams for seamless guest service.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in Food &
- Beverage operations, with at least 23 years in a managerial role within a reputed hotel or resort.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet management, beverage management, and hospitality service standards.

Required Skills

- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with international hotel brands.

- HACCP or Food Safety Certification.

- WSET or Beverage Management Certification (preferred).

- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and hospitality compliance standards.
