Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Amravati, supporting daily operations across the restaurant, coffee shop, banquet areas, and room service. In this role, the individual will assist with food preparation tasks as directed, ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service, and maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.

The Food and Beverage Assistant will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.



The role includes setting up and clearing tables, supporting banquet setups, following hygiene and safety standards, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to deliver a consistent guest experience. The position requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Food & Beverage operations and Food Service to support restaurant, coffee shop, and banquet activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation to assist with basic kitchen tasks while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle guest interactions, manage requests, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and provide clear, polite responses to guests.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hotel or restaurant service, knowledge of food safety practices, ability to stand for extended periods, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in English and local languages.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; formal hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
