Position: FMS Engineer (DO-178, C/C++, Embedded) (CE315SF RM 4262)

Work Mode : Work from office (Client Location) only

Note:- This purely development role. So, we are only looking for people who are currently doing hands-on development. No Testing profiles or managerial profiles please.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Advanced Flight Management System (FMS) team. The ideal candidate will have strong avionics software development experience, mandatory hands-on experience in Flight Management Systems, and expertise in developing safety-critical software in a DevOps environment. The role requires ownership of product quality, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a mindset focused on delivering optimized and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, integrate, and verify safety-critical FMS software.
- Work in a DevOps environment, contributing to CI/CD and continuous improvement.
- Own product quality and ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards.
- Collaborate with Systems, Certification, and other cross-functional teams.
- Works on software design, coding, integration, and verification
- Drive software optimization, automation, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence.

Required Qualifications:





- Bachelor s or master s degree in aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in avionics software development.
- Mandatory experience in Flight Management System (FMS) software development. User Interface skills are recommended
- Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C and software design, development, integration, and verification.
- Experience working in a DevOps environment with CI/CD practices.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, scripting languages, and embedded real-time software development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
