Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Flutter Developer Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect robust solutions, enforce engineering excellence, and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Flutter and native mobile development with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and AI-driven development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end development of mobile applications using Flutter

- Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions

- Drive technical design decisions and enforce best practices

- Mentor, guide, and manage a team of mobile developers

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams

- Ensure high code quality through structured reviews and standards

- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and security

- Oversee app releases, versioning, and deployment pipelines

- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges





- Stay updated with evolving mobile technologies and Flutter ecosystem

Code Quality &

- Engineering Excellence

- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices

- Conduct in-depth code reviews for scalability and maintainability

- Implement clean architecture and modular design

- Ensure high test coverage (unit, widget, integration tests)

- Maintain proper technical documentation

- Drive continuous improvement across the engineering team

CI/CD, Automation &

- CodeMagic

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications

- Implement automated build and deployment workflows using CodeMagic (or similar tools)

- Automate testing, build generation, and release cycles

- Manage App Store and Play Store release processes

- Monitor and optimize build and deployment performance

Leadership &

- Sprint Execution

- Lead sprint planning, estimation, and execution

- Break down features into actionable development tasks

- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality output

- Track progress and proactively address risks/blockers

- Drive Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

- Foster ownership, accountability, and team productivity

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Product Managers to align business and technical goals





- Work closely with Design teams for seamless UX/UI implementation

- Collaborate with Backend teams for API design and integration

- Coordinate with QA teams for test strategy and release quality

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on progress and risks

AI-Driven Development &

- Productivity

- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development

- Use AI for code generation, debugging, optimization, and documentation

- Introduce AI-assisted workflows to improve team efficiency

- Automate repetitive development tasks

- Stay updated with emerging AI trends in software engineering

Required Skills &

- Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in mobile application development

- Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart

- Experience in native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

- Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring

- Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns

- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations

- Expertise in state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with Git/version control systems

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

- Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or cloud platforms

- Exposure to microservices architecture

- Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools

- Experience scaling applications for large user bases
