Configure and implement Fluent Commerce OMS solutions.

Design and support order orchestration and fulfillment workflows.

Integrate Fluent Commerce with e-commerce, ERP, WMS, and POS applications.

Manage inventory visibility and order fulfillment processes.

Support omnichannel retail initiatives including Click & Collect and Ship-from-Store.

Develop and maintain API integrations and event-driven workflows.

Gather business requirements and translate them into OMS solutions.

Perform system testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

Troubleshoot order processing and inventory-related issues.

Collaborate with business, retail, and technical teams to optimize fulfillment operations.
