Role Description The FOT role at PW in Vijayawada is a full-time, in office position focused on supporting the smooth functioning of academic and operational activities at the center. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating class schedules, assisting faculty and students with queries, managing classroom logistics, and ensuring learning resources are available and well-organized.

The role involves maintaining accurate records,



supporting admission and counseling processes, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high-quality learner experience. The FOT team member is expected to follow established processes, report issues promptly, and contribute to a supportive, learner-centric environment.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to handle multiple academic and operational tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with learners, faculty, and staff in a professional and respectful manner.
- Basic computer proficiency, including working with spreadsheets, documentation tools, and internal management systems.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to follow and improve processes at the center.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, including flexibility for extended hours during peak academic periods.
- Prior experience in education, training centers, or student-facing roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; higher or specialized education in education management is a plus.
