Role Objective Take complete ownership of SOFTSPUN's Flipkart business by driving sales growth, optimising marketplace operations and improving profitability.

- Manage Flipkart Ads.
- Improve ROAS.
- Monitor advertising budgets.
- Identify growth opportunities.

Catalogue Management
- Listing creation.
- Content optimisation.
- Image uploads.
- Attribute improvements.
- Catalogue corrections.

Pricing & Promotions
- Competitive pricing.
- Campaign planning.
- Deals and promotions.
- Margin monitoring.

Inventory Management
- Prevent stock-outs.
- Coordinate replenishment.
- Monitor inventory ageing.

Operations
- Order management.
- Returns.
- Claims.
- Seller Health.
- Performance metrics.

Reporting Prepare weekly reports covering:
- Sales
- ROAS
- Advertising
- Inventory
- Returns
- Customer Ratings
- Competition
- Profitability

Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with:

Desired Candidate
- 3–6 years Flipkart experience.
- Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Flipkart Ads experience.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Positive analytical ability.

Compensation CTC: ₹8–10 lakh per annum
