Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise floor operations to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital.

- Manage patient care services, including admission, discharge and transfer processes.

- Conduct investigations as per protocols to maintain high-quality patient care standards.

- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and updates.

- Monitor floor activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (floor management or supervision).

- Robust understanding of healthcare industry or diagnostic regulations and guidelines.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
