- Maintenance Executive Department: Fleet Management Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹38,000 per month Job SummaryThe Fleet &
- Maintenance Executive will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of the company's fleet by managing preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, vendor coordination, workshop management, and maintenance cost control. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles and the ability to ensure quality repairs while minimizing downtime. Key Roles &
- ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for heavy commercial vehicles. Manage vehicle breakdowns and ensure timely repairs. Coordinate with workshops, dealers, mechanics, and spare parts suppliers. Evaluate repair estimates and approve cost-effective repair solutions. Negotiate repair costs and service charges with vendors. Physically inspect vehicles after repairs to ensure quality workmanship before releasing them for operations. Maintain detailed service history and maintenance records for each vehicle. Monitor vehicle health and identify recurring mechanical issues. Ensure maximum fleet availability with minimum downtime. Control maintenance expenses without compromising safety or quality. Coordinate emergency repairs whenever required. Submit daily maintenance status reports and periodic fleet performance reports to management. Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications &
- Skills3–5 years of experience in heavy truck maintenance. Technical knowledge of Eicher and Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles. Knowledge of CNG vehicle systems and maintenance.
Experience working with workshops, dealers, and mechanics. Strong understanding of repair estimates and maintenance planning. Vendor management and negotiation skills. Ability to inspect repair quality independently. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Position 2: Operations &

- Driver Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily transport operations, coordinating with drivers, ensuring timely dispatch and deliveries, monitoring vehicle movement, and maintaining smooth communication with clients and internal teams. Key Roles &
- ResponsibilitiesPlan daily vehicle dispatches and trip allocations. Coordinate and supervise drivers to ensure timely execution of trips. Monitor trip progress and provide regular operational updates. Handle driver attendance, discipline, and performance. Resolve operational issues and emergency situations promptly. Coordinate with clients regarding vehicle placement and delivery schedules. Maintain daily operational reports and trip records. Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain operational data using Excel or Google Sheets. Communicate professionally with clients, drivers, and vendors through phone and WhatsApp. Ensure compliance with company operational procedures. Be available to handle operational emergencies whenever required.

- MIS Executive will be responsible for transport billing, client invoicing, financial reconciliation, vendor payments, management reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records for the company's transport operations. Key Roles &
- ResponsibilitiesPrepare trip-wise billing and client invoices. Verify PODs, LRs, invoices, and supporting documents. Reconcile diesel expenses,
toll expenses, and trip-related costs. Maintain driver salary, allowance, and incentive records. Process and verify vendor bills. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments. Prepare vehicle-wise income and expense reports. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Record accounting entries in Tally. Ensure GST-compliant documentation and billing. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Provide management with financial reports and business insights.
Required Qualifications &
- SkillsExperience in transport accounts, logistics billing, or fleet accounting. Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST basics. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
