We are looking for a Fitness Manager who will oversee the gym's fitness operations, manage the trainer team, and ensure an excellent member experience. The role focuses on fitness operations, team management, member engagement, and achieving fitness revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fitness operations and supervise the trainer team.
- Ensure high standards of fitness services, member experience, safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct trainer scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Guide members on their fitness journey and handle fitness-related queries and concerns.
- Drive Personal Training (PT) sales and support fitness revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to improve member engagement and business performance.
- Maintain fitness reports, trainer records,
and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of fitness training principles and gym operations.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Physical Education, Sports Science, Fitness, or a related field.
- Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent fitness certification is preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in fitness operations or gym management.
