Minimum Academic Qualification

- BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or Embedded Systems Engineering

Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end embedded/firmware architecture across Automotive, MedTech, and IoT product lines from concept through certification.
- Define system architecture including MCU/SoC selection, RTOS vs. bare-metal tradeoffs, memory/power budgeting, and hardware-software partitioning.
- Architect Automotive solutions aligned with AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and CAN/CAN-FD/LIN/Ethernet networking.
- Architect MedTech firmware compliant with IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.
- Architect IoT solutions spanning BLE, Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi, Cellular connectivity, edge computing, and cloud integration.
- Lead architecture reviews, design trade-off studies, and technical risk assessments.
- Partner with sales and product teams on client-facing scoping, technical proposals, SOWs, and effort estimation.
- Provide technical mentorship to firmware, hardware, and systems engineering teams.
- Establish coding standards and design review practices based on MISRA C/C++.
- Guide teams through verification & validation, hardware-software integration, and regulatory compliance audits.
- Drive proof-of-concepts and technology demonstrators to validate recent architectures.

Essential Skills





- Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ and Embedded RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ThreadX, VxWorks, QNX, AUTOSAR OS).
- Deep understanding of ARM Cortex-M/R/A and MCU/SoC architectures (TI, NXP, Infineon, STMicroelectronics, Renesas).
- Working knowledge of ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, ASPICE, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62443.
- Experience with CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee/Thread, and Cellular IoT.
- Hardware-software co-design experience including schematic reviews and board bring-up.
- Cloud/Edge integration experience using AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or GCP IoT.
- Proven experience architecting solutions across at least two of the following domains:
- Automotive
- MedTech
- IoT
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

- Functional Safety certification/audit experience (TÜV, UL).
- Exposure to Edge AI/TinyML.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and dSPACE.
- Product engineering services or consulting experience.
- Automotive Functional Safety Professional or similar certifications.
- Patents or published technical work in Embedded/Firmware Architecture.
