Role Description Fire and Safety professionals at East Corp will work on-site in Thane in a full-time capacity, ensuring that client facilities meet fire protection and life safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing risks, designing and reviewing fire prevention and protection systems, and supporting the implementation of fire safety protocols and procedures.

The role involves conducting inspections, audits, and drills, maintaining documentation, and providing guidance on compliance with relevant codes and regulations.



Professionals will collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders, deliver training on safety practices, and recommend improvements based on data, incident reports, and evolving industry standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Fire Prevention and Fire Safety, including hazard identification and development of preventive measures.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Fire Protection and Fire Suppression Systems, including design review, implementation support, and system maintenance oversight.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Life Safety, including emergency response planning, evacuation procedures, and occupant safety awareness.
- Relevant technical education in fire engineering, safety engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable fire and safety codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure fire and safety projects is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional certifications in fire and safety or EHS (where applicable) are an advantage.
