About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A; Analyst / Senior Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our energetic finance team in Chennai. In this role, you will drive financial insights, reporting, and strategic support to senior leadership. You’ll gain high visibility with the CEO and CFO, playing a key role in shaping the company’s financial planning and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting cycles

Management & Sales Reporting:

- Prepare and deliver monthly management reports and dashboards for leadership




- Perform monthly commission and sales analysis
- Lead and optimize sales reporting, including pipeline analysis, sales trends, and performance metrics
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Business Units to gather financial inputs and align on key business drivers

Executive Support:

- Work closely with the CEO and CFO to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business case development
- Assist in evaluating new opportunities and identifying key business risks
- Contribute to the preparation of Board presentations and other executive-level reports
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights in materials delivered to senior leadership

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and performance tracking
- Serve as a financial business partner to stakeholders across departments

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance
- Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial planning / Reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Anaplan and Sisense)
- Proficient in sales reporting and KPI tracking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, strategic, and data-driven insights

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the software industry
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
