Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage financial reporting, controllership, and accounting operations.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and governance.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate laws, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team while strengthening internal controls.
- Coordinate ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives (if applicable).
- Present financial performance, risks, and key business metrics to senior management.

Preferred Candidate

- Chartered Accountant with 57 years of post-qualification experience.




- Preferred Experience in the Manufacturing or Mining & Exploration industry.
- Background in Controllership, Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, or Indian Statutory Audit (Big 4 experience preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP implementation is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
