Responsibilities
- The candidate should have a history in insurance & worker compensation and be well-versed in insurance policies, including those pertaining to employer's liability, auto liability, worker compensation, and general liability.
- Assist operation provide our customer with the certificate of insurance in accordance with their coverage needs
- Use vendor management software to handle insurance certificates and process departmental invoices.
- Maintain an accurate database by using vendor management software for claims. If discrepancies are found, collaborate with the vendor to amend their system.
- Prepare the work wage sheet of the injured worker for our vendor
- Resolve tickets in My Service Center with quality customer service.
- Work independently with the US state for monopolistic state fillings and self insurance and pay premiums on schedule.
- Apply approved variances in point-of-sale system and manage off-site records coordination.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in insurance & worker compensation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates skilled maturity and emotional balance under stress.
- Detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
