We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Accountant Associate to manage financial processes across RTR / Lease accounting. This role involves financial analysis, reconciliations, compliance, and process improvements, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve open items capital work in progress accounts to ensure timely capitalization.
- Act as a subject matter expert providing end-to-end insights and identifying trends for process optimization.
- Drive improvements in fixed asset accounting processes and elevate operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Oversee BPO activities, guide process execution,
and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate with auditors by preparing detailed documentation and audit trails for duty-related transactions.
- Deliver training and documentation on best practices to finance teams.
- Manage financial data integrity and reporting accuracy using advanced analytics tools.
- Identify process gaps and propose actionable solutions to management.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives to fix processes and build scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
