About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts who is CA Inter qualified to join our client's finance team based in Tenkasi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial planning and analysis.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in finance by working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to diverse financial processes and systems. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical accounting skills, proficiency in ERP/Tally, and the ability to analyze financial data effectively to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- CA Inter qualification from a recognized institute.
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in finance and accounts functions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Tally.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting processes including ledger management and book closure activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, financial statements, and perform variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial records.
- Optimize and improve financial processes through effective use of ERP/Tally systems.
- Support continuous process improvements, automation, and implementation of best practices in finance operations.
