About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts who is CA Inter qualified to join our client's finance team based in Tenkasi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial planning and analysis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled looking to advance their career in finance by working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to diverse financial processes and systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical accounting skills, proficiency in ERP/Tally, and the ability to analyze financial data effectively to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications: CA Inter qualification from a recognized institute.

Experience of 2 to 5 years in finance and accounts functions.

Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Tally.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.





Responsibilities Manage end-to-end financial accounting processes including ledger management and book closure activities.

Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, financial statements, and perform variance analysis to support management decision-making.

Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure financial stability and growth.

Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial records.

Optimize and improve financial processes through effective use of ERP/Tally systems.

Support continuous process improvements, automation, and implementation of best practices in finance operations.
