? We're Hiring: Finance Manager! ?

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

What You'll Do:

- Annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
- Monthly MIS and management reporting
- Variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)
- Financial modelling and business performance analysis
- Support month-end book closure and financial reporting
- Revenue, cost, profitability and cash flow analysis
- Develop KPI dashboards and management presentations
- Partner with business teams to support decision-making

- Standardize financial processes globally.

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Oversee cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards.





- Manage audits and regulatory reporting.

- Implement and enforce internal controls and financial risk management practices.
- Manage a team of finance analysts in different functions – R2R, P2P, invoicing, bookkeeping.

What We're Looking For:

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in finance operations.
- Strong FP&A;, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Experience in Audit, Taxation, and other corporate governance standards.
- Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within the services industry, BPO, outsourcing, or global services organizations strongly preferred.
