Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and risk management, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills to drive financial efficiency and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and recommendations to senior management.

Accounting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Oversee taxation, audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain financial integrity by ensuring internal controls, policies,



and procedures are effectively followed.

Cash Flow & Risk Management:

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to ensure stability.
- Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and enhance profitability.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

- Collaborate with executive leadership, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Support decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Investment & Cost Optimization:

- Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and financial models for business expansion.
- Ensure efficient use of company resources while maintaining a strong financial position.
- Implement best financial management practices to drive business growth.
