Company Description:

Digivriddhi Technologies Private Limited (DGV) is India’s first Integrated Dairy FinTech, InsurTech, and Marketplace platform, serving over 80 million dairy farmers with a core mission to revolutionize access to banking and financial services, marketplace and insurance needs for dairy farmers and dairy micro-enterprises.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Set up and strengthen the finance function, processes, and internal controls.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
3. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
4. Present financial performance and business insights to the Management and Board.
5. Support business strategy through financial planning and analysis.
6. Assessing financial risks
7. Ensuring all accounting activities & finance set up comply with regulations.
8. Review and recommend approval of budgets and financial plans.
9. Lead and manage the finance and accounts team.

Conduct profitability, cost analysis, and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
11. Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information.
12. Ensure all accounting activities, internal audits, taxation affairs comply with financial regulations
13. Evaluate investment and funding opportunities to support business growth.
14. Recommend cost-reducing solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) is Preferable; MBA (Finance)/ M.com (Finance) is mandatory.
- 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in startups, NBFC, FinTech, or financial services is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
