We are seeking a Finance Manager II to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis using Excel or similar tools.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.
