Job Title: Finance Executive Work Experience – Minimum 2-5 years in a similar role Location – Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (1km from Vaishali Metro Station)

Key Responsibilities:· Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health.· GST and TDS Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations by accurately calculating, filing, and reconciling GST and TDS returns.· Sales & Purchase Return: Handle the documentation and reconciliation of sales and purchase returns, ensuring accurate records and timely resolution of discrepancies.· Vendor and Customer Payments: Manage payments to vendors and ensure timely collections from customers.



Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.· Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitor actual performance against budget, and provide variance analysis.· Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and trend analysis, to support decision-making.· Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure all required documentation and reports are readily available.· Financial Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance and recommend necessary changes in processes and procedures. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation matters.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a quick-paced environment.
