Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Trainer to design, develop and deliver an industry-oriented, AI-integrated Finance and FinTech curriculum. The ideal candidate will prepare students with practical finance knowledge, AI-powered tools, and job-ready skills aligned with current industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Research Finance and FinTech market trends, emerging technologies, and hiring demands.

Design and update AI-integrated Finance curricula based on industry needs.

Train students for roles such as Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Credit Analyst, FP&A; Analyst, Business Analyst, Risk Analyst, and FinTech Specialist.

Deliver training on Finance,



Accounting, Financial Modeling, Banking, and FinTech concepts.

Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered financial analytics, automation, and intelligent reporting into learning.

Develop hands-on projects, case studies, and real-world business simulations.

Prepare students for placements through resume building, interview preparation, aptitude, and skilled skills.

Collaborate with academic and placement teams to keep the curriculum aligned with employer expectations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Banking, and FinTech.

Hands-on experience with AI applications in Finance and modern AI tools.

Experience in curriculum development and classroom training.

Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
