Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role based at Sayaji Hotels Ltd in Chandrapur.

The Finance

Executive will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, managing ledgers, and ensuring timely invoice processing and vendor payments. The role includes preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring cost controls to support hotel profitability.

Executive will help ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations, coordinate with internal departments and external auditors, and support cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and revenue tracking.



The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, identifying discrepancies, and supporting management with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong finance and accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and basic taxation knowledge.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, such as financial data analysis, cost tracking, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports and MIS.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in financial tools and systems, including MS Excel, accounting/ERP software, and basic familiarity with hotel or hospitality revenue systems.
- Candidates should possess organizational and communication skills, including attention to detail, documentation accuracy, time management, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess collaborative and compliance-oriented skills, such as the ability to work with cross-functional teams, follow internal controls, and support audits and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality or service-sector finance is preferred, along with a strong ethical mindset and willingness to work flexible hours when required.
