Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage financial accounting, including preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure statutory compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to taxes, social security contributions, etc.

- Process salaries accurately and timely using Tally ERP software.

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare reports as required.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in finance & accounts role in an NGO or social services organization.

- Proficiency in financial accounting principles and practices (GAAP).

- Solid knowledge of statutory laws and regulations applicable to NGOs/social services organizations.

- Experience with salary processing using Tally ERP software.
