Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning &
- Strategy Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hospital''s business objectives.

- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

- Financial Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting, finance, taxation, treasury, and banking operations.

- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation.

- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

- Revenue Cycle Management Monitor patient billing, collections, and revenue realization.

- Improve cash collections from insurance companies, TPAs, corporates, and self-paying patients.

- Ensure accurate financial reconciliation of hospital revenues.

- Coordinate with billing and operations teams to improve revenue efficiency.

- Cost Control &





- Profitability Analyze departmental costs and implement cost optimization initiatives.

- Monitor procurement expenses and inventory costs.

- Evaluate financial viability of current projects, equipment, and expansion plans.

- Improve operational efficiency while maintaining quality healthcare services.

- Compliance &

- Audit Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and financial reporting standards.

- Coordinate internal and external audits.

- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and risk management systems.

- Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and SOPs.

- Leadership &

- Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and financial planning.

- Present financial reports and MIS to senior management and the Board.

- Build relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
