Financial Reporting & Accounting Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed

Assets, and Month-End Closing.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and the Board. Compliance & Taxation

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Companies Act, Global Compliance (UK,

Russia, US, Singapore)

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Establish and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management practices.

Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.

Optimize working capital and oversee fund management.

Manage banking operations, investments, and debt obligations.

Qualified CA 10+ years of experience

Experience in a listed company with exposure to board reporting and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on experience with financial audits, investor reporting, and statutory filings.

Proven ability to drive finance transformation and automation initiatives.

Experience leading high-performing finance teams and partnering with senior leadership. Benefits
