This is a project based opportunity for Freelancers/Independent Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Leverage existing relationships within the financial services ecosystem to identify and source new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, lending platforms, and other financial institutions.
- Source and evaluate strategic partnerships and commercial deals aligned with business objectives.
- Apply deep domain knowledge of lending products, credit, and financial services to support business growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging trends in the financial services and fintech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and execute business development initiatives.
- Support commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership execution.




- Prepare business cases, presentations, and market insights for leadership.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates on business development activities.

Skills and Qualification

- 5–10 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Lending.
- Strong understanding of lending products, credit processes, and the financial services landscape.
- Demonstrated network within banks, NBFCs, fintech startups, investors, or financial institutions.
- Experience in sourcing strategic partnerships, commercial opportunities, or business deals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
