We're Hiring: Finance & Accounts Executive – (US IT Staffing)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)

Swift Hire LLC is a growing US staffing and recruitment firm serving clients across the United States. We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in US accounting, billing, invoicing, vendor management, and finance operations within the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage end-to-end client billing, invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, payroll, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain accurate financial reports while ensuring compliance with US accounting and taxation standards.

What We're Looking For:-

- 2–5 years of experience in US Accounting or Finance,



preferably with a US Staffing/Recruitment company.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing billing, invoicing, AR/AP, payroll support, W-2, C2C, 1099, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software, along with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and English communication skills with great attention to detail.
