Role Description The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves installing, commissioning, and configuring weighing systems at customer locations, including tank/silo weighing, batching systems, belt weighers, and other integrated solutions.

The Field Services

Engineer will perform diagnostics, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, documenting service activities, collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution, and training customers on system operation and basic maintenance. The role also requires maintaining solid customer relationships through timely communication,



professional service delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Field Service skills, including on-site installation, commissioning, and system integration.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues in weighing systems.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to plan and execute scheduled inspections, calibrations, and performance checks.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and deliver professional support in varied environments.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- Experience with industrial automation, weighing instruments, PLCs, or related control systems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals, and to use standard test and measurement tools.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, work in industrial settings, and adhere to safety and quality procedures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
