- Service of Enphase (internal) PV and Storage systems in the area of the Field Service Technician.
- Schedule customer site visits and coordinate activities between Enphase customer support team/FAE team and installers/Homeowners
- Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of system performance and behavior
- Complete site audit reports and documentation
- Complete microinverter maintenance and update Enlighten monitoring system with changes
- Participate in regular safety training and conduit training to installers and homeowners
- Maintain tool management standards required for field commissioning and maintenance activities
- Respond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer service
- Perform other duties as needed or directed
- Teaches and trains crew on proper techniques for installation




- Detail Oriented, ability to review designs and develop specific BOS
- Ability to work independently without oversight
- Committed to improving processes and efficiency, while maintaining high workmanship standards

What you will Bring

- 5+ years experience specific to PV system Design/Execution/field support of installations and service
- Should be a Graduate - B.E/B.Tech and should have scored 60% and above in 10th,12th, and graduation
- Knowledge of PV string/microinverters installations, execution, grounding, commission and field troubleshooting activities
- Adaptable and adaptable. Ability to manage frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
- Knowledge of and observance of safety and security procedures
