Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive (Ecommerce) role based in Noida.

The Field Sales

Executive will identify and approach potential ecommerce merchants and partners, present CAREERBLOC’s services and solutions, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. Daily responsibilities include visiting client locations, conducting product demonstrations, explaining pricing and service benefits, and maintaining accurate records of meetings, proposals, and outcomes. The role also involves building strong relationships with merchants, gathering feedback from the field, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding,



and meeting defined sales and revenue targets.

The Field Sales

Executive is expected to provide regular reporting on activities and performance and represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong field sales and business development skills, with experience in identifying leads, pitching services, and closing deals.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce operations, online marketplaces, and merchant onboarding processes.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and handle objections.
- Positive relationship-building and customer service abilities, with a focus on long-term client engagement.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems, including maintaining reports and tracking sales activities.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience in field sales, ecommerce, or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is beneficial; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Willingness to travel locally within Noida and nearby areas as required.
